Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to receive the enquiry, identify and contact the sender, and provide a response. Processing is based on the data subject’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the controller’s contact details above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention period
Data are retained until the enquiry has been answered and any subsequent correspondence has ended, but for no longer than 6 months after the last substantive contact. If the enquiry results in a legal engagement, subsequent processing is governed by the separate rules applicable to legal practice and record retention.
Failure to provide data
The form cannot be submitted without a name, email address, message and consent. The office may still be contacted by telephone or direct email.
3. Technical data and local settings
For security and operational purposes, the hosting provider may process technical log data, in particular the IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for security and operation, according to the hosting provider’s technical settings.
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The selected light/dark theme is stored locally on the device using browser localStorage; this preference is not transmitted to the controller.

Personal data may be accessed by the controller and, to the extent technically necessary, the processor. No intentional transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place in the operation of this website. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
